The Beginning of the Journey: Digital Transformation, Caring for Every Customer

We began our digital transformation in 2022. After the update of the Converse Mobile app, we set a goal to make banking simple and convenient for everyone.

The next step was the development of the C360 product platform, which fundamentally changed the way banking services are perceived. We introduced banking packages with a single subscription, designed to meet customers’ banking needs—from checking accounts to credit offers.

Why C360?

C360 represents a philosophy of comfortable, simple, and accessible banking. Banking services through a single subscription, with 24/7 availability via the app, a contact center, and the ability to choose a package tailored to customers' banking needs—this is the foundation of our new approach.

In the next step, we created a Data Center that meets Tier 3 requirements, aiming to establish a strong and reliable foundation for the Bank's digital transformation and process continuity.
